Yes, we can replicate any existing feature that you have, from the smallest simplest type right up to large and highly decorative types. To do this we either need a sample of the item, or we need to attend the property to take a ‘squeeze’ of the item (this is where we template the profile shape and remove sections of ornate enrichments as necessary).

Our sales team can guide you through the pricing for matching all items and then supplying or supplying and installing the new casts for you.

Yes, we have a workshop & showroom located in Willesden, NW10 where we have some of our products on display, and we generally have numerous sample sections available to show you and that you can take away with you.

You can also see first hand the process involved in making our products! However we must stress that visits to our workshop are on an APPOINTMENT ONLY basis as we cannot guarantee a senior member of the team will be here if you call in unannounced.

Yes, when ordering on-line the delivery options and costs come up as part of the process. If you enquire by phone or email we can discuss all delivery times and costs with you.

The nature of plaster products is that they do not store very well for extended periods so all orders are made to order.

There may be occasions where we do have some items readily available but this is rare and as a general rule items need to be ordered in advance of you needing them.

Our products are made from traditional ‘Fibrous Plaster’ which is a mixture of casting plaster and jute scrim. We also include a timber lath within the cast on the front edge and bottom edge to aid installation. For some cornices we may include further timber brackets for extra strengthening.

We also provide products in external grade materials, and we commonly use jesmonite or sometimes traditional sand a cement (or a mix of all of these) depending on the item and its size.

Yes, if your order is not a simple online order, or if you just prefer to see and speak to someone we can give estimates over the phone or by email, or we can visit site to survey your requirement and then provide a full estimate.

For any job where we are required to install the items, or any job where we need to match features or even create something new from scratch, we would need to provide an estimate and most likely would need to do a site survey prior to that.

For all online orders payment is processed via Paypal at the time of pacing the order.

If ordering over the phone or from email correspondence you can also pay by Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Card or Cheque. All supply only orders must be paid for in full in advance.

For supply & install orders we will typically take a 50% deposit payment with the balance being payable on completion of the works for smaller orders, or for larger orders that may span a longer period of time then we would value the work and invoice at 2-4 week intervals.

On-line orders are non refundable.

For other orders we may be able to offer full or part refund depending on if the job has progressed as of yet and if so how far.
